I currently have a cable modem that connects into my Airport Express Base Station for my Mac wireless. I just got a 360 and i bought a network switch as well to accommodate the extra port for my 360. Now my cable modem goes to my switch which then goes to my 360 and my airport extreme. While my internet still functions Having the AirPort Extreme is saving me from a world of headaches. The only thing I haven't done yet is set up a network hard drive using the USB port, but I plan to do this is the near future. In this day and age, people expect things to work, and work fast.
